Our service
Automate Solutions LLC provides automated phone answering and booking services to business customers under a monthly subscription agreement. Full customer agreement terms are provided to the business customer.
Bookings and deposits
Bookings taken by our system are provisional holds and are confirmed by the business owner. Deposits are processed by Stripe and paid to the charter operator. The operator’s own booking terms govern its customer reservations.
Text messaging
Text messages to consumers about their bookings are sent under the charter operator’s own registered brand and governed by that operator’s terms. Customer consent for that program is requested during the telephone conversation.
Automate Solutions LLC sends its own account notification text messages only to business customers who opted in. Participation in this SMS program is optional and is not a condition of service. See the SMS Program terms for message types, frequency, rates, help and opt-out instructions.
Service availability
Service availability is subject to third-party telephony and calendar providers.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our service. Each charter business’s own policy applies to its customer messaging program.
