What We Do
We answer the phone for fishing charters, boat rentals, marinas and marine service businesses when the crew is out on the water. Our system takes bookings, checks the operator's calendar in real time, places a temporary hold on the requested slot, and sends the customer a secure deposit link by text message. The business owner receives a written summary of every call.

SMS Program
Automate Solutions LLC sends transactional text messages on behalf of its business customers. Messages include booking confirmations, deposit payment links, hold expiration notices and appointment reminders.
Recipients receive these messages only after contacting one of our customers by phone and requesting a booking. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties.
Message frequency varies depending on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to complete a booking: first name, mobile phone number, requested date and party size. This information is used solely to process the reservation and to notify the business owner. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our systems. Data is retained only as long as necessary to service the booking and meet accounting obligations. To request deletion of your data, email AdminD@automatesolutionsapp.com.
Terms of Service
Automate Solutions LLC provides automated phone answering and booking services to business customers under a monthly subscription agreement. Bookings taken by our system are provisional holds and are confirmed by the business owner. Deposits are collected on behalf of, and paid directly to, the business owner. Service availability is subject to third-party telephony and calendar providers. Full terms are provided in the customer agreement.
