Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Automate Solutions LLC’s phone answering, booking support and business-client account notification services. Customer text messages sent under a charter operator’s brand are governed by that operator’s own privacy policy and terms.
Quote enquiries
When you request a setup quote, we collect your business name, contact name, email, business type, service area, website if provided, and the service needs you describe. We use this information to assess your request and reply about your quote. A quote request does not subscribe you to promotional messages or SMS.
Information we collect
For business customers, we collect the business name, owner name, email and mobile number provided at signup. We use this information to deliver the service and the notifications the business customer opted into.
For bookings, we collect the information needed to process a reservation: first name, mobile phone number, requested date and party size. This information is used to process the reservation and notify the business owner.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. This includes mobile information, SMS opt-in data and consent.
We do not transfer SMS consent to another business or use consent given to one charter operator to send messages on behalf of a different operator. Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver the requested service and messages, not for unrelated promotional or marketing purposes.
Payments
Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our systems. Deposits are paid to the charter operator.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only as long as necessary to service the booking and meet accounting obligations. To request deletion of your data, email AdminD@automatesolutionsapp.com.
